Ingredients:
5 oz. dates; soaked in hot water
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Juice from
1 orange
Grated rind of 1/2 orange
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1/2 cup linseeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Almond milk for serving
Instructions:
1- In а bowl; mix almonds with orange rind, orange juice, linseeds, coconut, pumpkin and sesame seeds and stir well.
2- Drain dates, add them to your food processor and blend well. Add this paste to almonds mix and stir well again.
3- Spread this on а lined baking sheet, introduce in the oven at 350 °F and bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
4- Take granola out of the oven, leave aside to cool down а bit and then serve with almond milk.
